He is ruthless, aggressive, cunning and never forgiving. He has one daughter named Riahanara who feel in love with a Jonall Fibbs, A merc Rahil hired to kill another warlord in the desert. Ever since that day he has planned on killing Jonall. History: Rahil grew up as a tribe man, His tribe was in constant conflict with other tribes and political parties that formed and tried to take control of the area... A sad day came when a horrific murder of his mother and father came along... that day he became a soldior, during many battles he became a war hero and made contacts with traders from the outer worlds. Soon he bought enough weapons and men to control the area... Planted and harvested narcotics for other worlds, making money trading goods that were not so legal in other parts of civilised space. Many other warlords have tried to take his territory and business away from Rahil but have failed... Rahil has a palace kingdom and several settlements scattered around it. More for punishment and show than atchully killing
