Homeless Man. Malcolm Griggs, having his makeshift fortress on Gekel recently destroyed by carpet bombing, is moving through space rather slowly in his rattling CP3 Vexxer transport cruiser. It's bulky, square, greebly, and probably a terrible design, but dang if it isn't big and lumbering and cool. In the very comfortable cockpit, Malcolm attempts to remove his Ellixan Iron Guard power armor while sitting down. It's not really working out, so he soon gives up. At least it's air conditioned; not that it really matters, since he's an Ellixan and doesn't give a phoot how hot it is. He releases the seat, which slides backward and into an upright position, allowing him to stand. He steps out of the cockpit and glares at the mess. The rear compartment of the ship looks something like a prison cell. An exceptionally comfortable prison cell, but it looks like one nonetheless. He grunts and successfully removes his power armor before crashing face-first on the bed and willing himself to sleep in a matter of seconds. Ten hours later, a voice screams at him to "GET YOUR #$% THE #^*@ UP." It is his own, but it's coming from a barely-working speaker on the floor near the bed. He is standing, fully awake, only seconds later. He looks out the cockpit window. He can see Wist a few hundred thousand miles away. Since nobody would leave him alone on Gekel, hopefully Wist would treat him better. In addition, several of his fellow ex-Iron Guard happen to live on this moon. Time for Malcolm to rejoin... The Many.
